Hello to you all, Small bracket before beginning, I am fan of books D.Loreau right out of "The Art of Simplicity" and my comment is therefore perhaps not objective. To begin this book by a very good intention to change our relationship to money and consumption. Or simply, if you are not beneficiaries of the ISF, to afford the luxurious things you've always wanted and you most need through small savings everyday. Before starting, D.Loreau explains how to hold a Kakebo and how not to abandon along the way. We then step-by-step guidance and purpose is, I think, to succeed in making itself a "kakébo" with a beautiful calendar (A5 Filofax for example, see the author's other books) from the next year. All expenses are scrutinized and carefully noted: the few cents for a coffee in the office to bank loans and expenses. A key year without surprises (but necessarily good) and the ability to cope with the unexpected without resorting to an emergency loan from a bank.
