This is a unique vulnerability of this product and I'm surprised that it was still not resolved by Philips.
The defect manifests itself in a higher volume when cleaning that can be seen only in direct comparison as such. The cleaning effect can be clearly and after the coupling piece (metal bar) is above more flexible than usual. These are all indications that the fault has occurred.
As much as I like this product: the costs are already higher than that of Brown (device and brushes are more expensive), but the wear is driving this cost even further into the air. I'll use the last butt to it also is broken. After that I will go to the manufacturer.
