As the majority of enclosures Icy Box is very well made, it is made of an aluminum part where just slip the rack containing the disk and controller.
The disc apparently holds itself in the rack with two plastic pins, but I reckons that these pins will break if we remove the disk; nothing serious since two small screws are provided to fix it properly.
Then simply slide the rack into the case and secure with the two other screws.
It's done in 20 seconds as long as you have realistic a screwdriver (none is provided, but it is not an evil, it is kind of gadget once then drags in drawers).
The flow rates are quite good, 100 MB / s read, 80MB / s write (transfer an HD movie from / to the SSD).
It also dissipates heat very well, providing a good contact surface with the disc.
Only thing that could miss small pads to put it.
