Positives: extensive and relatively easy to understand management program for up to 10 housing units with regular updates. Competent support (I had already once avail).

Negatives: has not published any possibility of creating its own in the given book accounts, various types of private withdrawals are not provided (eg debits to the building society, payments on existing mortgages, etc.) and should be recorded under one of the specified booking terms that you do not otherwise uses, such as "reserves".
