the problem of the durability of the charger that some complain about here sounds familiar. Unfortunately, I also have to acknowledge that that the device after a short time gave up the ghost. In my case (buying: 20/05/2014) the rapid charger stopped about 2-3 months. After I contacted the seller due to its, to request a replacement under warranty or guarantee, I got a short time later a friendly response to the agent. This initially thanked for the feedback and then pointed out that a new device will be sent the same. No 48h later came already the new device, including two cell phone cases for the Samsung Galaxy S3 and S4 (I suppose as an excuse for the inconvenience) what personally of course was absolutely excited.
I think that this way well shows how much the company Rydges® Media Technology to customer satisfaction is hard and was very accommodating in dealing with incidents of this nature.
My advice: If you have problems just once contact to the seller ( [email protected] ) Search and see what I can do. A solution can be found in most cases.
