Since my regular brand is no longer available, but I wanted to definitely stay at Razer I came here on the Hammerheads. Priced right, the reviews were mostly good.
At the sound quality there is nothing to complain about: I was very happy again, the headphones offer a great, bass-heavy sound I liked immediately. The one negative to me that the (very green) cable fails really very long, which is a bit paradoxical, because you usually like would have a little longer. I used the headphones for mp3 players, I wear normally in your pocket - here then dangled pretty much cable around the leg. In use, I found the handset as not really comfortable, they were even during extended wear something painful in the ear and sat just not good - I have to fiddle around, push in and adjust again when caught. I would like to experiment more with different attachments, may have a different size Remedy would have created. However, I did not get, because has dissolved after less than a week the right headphones from the case. The part that really stuck in the ear is now so attached only via a short cable to the chassis. Since the allegedly processed aircraft aluminum does not help.
Nevertheless I'll stay with Razer and would now try a different model.
Side note: I have to return some sipped and can no longer readily at Amazon return (hope here however on An accommodating behavior). Neither in the accompanying product information yet on the English language support website of Razer I could find a German return address, but only that in international countries.
