The Sonniboy is a very good and easy-to-install sunshade. I can assemble all the parts in 5 minutes. Nevertheless, I would recommend the guide to revise. The photos give only very rough indications as the clips must be mounted - that can ever lead to mishaps. The darkening is of course not as good as at the factory tinted windows - but what concerns textile sun protection will be difficult to find something better. The Sonniboy darkens the back of the car from felt. This is particularly noticeable on longer journeys in the sunlight, where rear-seated passengers can look good or read videos. The heating of the interior is also slightly reduced. It has still a good view to the outside.
Pro: - Fit: The product is tailored for the type of car and fits 100% - Assembly: As mentioned, works in 5 minutes. - Darkening: Well, compared to other textile products very well.
Cons: - The price: From a pure material value ago would be a significantly lower price is reasonable (about half?). This takes the fifth spot. - The manual should be revised with drawings if necessary..
I have - despite the very high price - bought because me the other textile solutions unconvincing (most are simply useless) and the darkening, ie tinting the windows, by work or retrofitting is even more expensive.
