I tested the red, the yellow and green curry paste and have to say that all three have a very different flavor but each of them was the best compared to the competition. The tried of me competing products (both yellow, green and red) were all together much too oily and tasted partially artificial (because there is only powder-spices with oil are partly). The Cock curry pastes looks, smells and tastes to the fresh ingredients.

Here you have taken in my opinion very well a central European flavor (and degree of severity). I use the paste usually in combination with coconut milk, since it the curry paste dissolves very well. It should also pay all costs because pure taste the paste very uncomfortable and far too intensive.
Alternatively, you can actually cook with this paste a very tasty curried sausage sauce or manufacture barbecue marinade for chicken wings. One then needs each almost no other ingredients more since this paste is already a true taste explosion.
