Positives:
+ The Machine is very well made, the commissioning is simple
+ We have other testers made no negative experiences, unlike in the Nothing Teeausgabe injected nor used machine with water and glue residues, it was delivered to us
+ The manual and the Quick Start Guide are very good explanatory (nowadays rather an exception)
+ The capsules are kept in the colors of the corresponding keys, so the correct brewing temperature is always just chosen
+ I think the water temperature is not too hot, but well adapted to the different types of tea (80 or 92 degrees)
+ A water filter is
+ The machine is fairly quiet
+ The machine is easy to clean
+ The tea (we have first drawn up various fruit teas and green tea tasted) taste very good, the tea smells aromatic and fresh
+ Down to the Chai Latte the teas contain added sugar
To bear in mind:
- Comparing the cost of loose tea or tea bags with Teekapseln, so they are more expensive
- When Manual 10 languages were printed together, which makes the Manual unnecessarily thick
- There arise subsequent costs (water filters, cleaners), which are about as high as in capsule coffee makers
- It creates waste (which open the capsules and easily separate the organic from the metal can)
- Some teas are flavored (Earl of Grey, flavored black tea blend flavored ginger tea, Wild Berry, Blueberry, Sweet Apple, Pai Mu Tan Peach.), But that's in the teabag competition usually otherwise
Despite these criticisms, we stay at 5 stars. Why? First, because we are the tea tastes very good. Secondly, because we can easily change the type of tea with the Tealounge system, which rather not go the normal brewing, tea bags do not taste as good by far and can not be kept as well.
We find that Tealounge system is very well suited for the casual tea drinkers, who, when he drinks tea, want to have a tasty, fresh tea. Even the changeable tea drinkers, who now drinks a fruit and would like to have green tea tomorrow is well served by the Tealounge system. This is also true for different tastes in a family.
The costs keep within limits, the environmental impact, even if you open the coffee capsule and the composted organic matter.
Overall, a successful system. As previous no-tea drinker I shall certainly often times making tea in the future.
