This is the first time I take the time to evaluate a product but as I spent so much time reading reviews before I decided to steam cleaner clatonic, I pay this service myself. For over 15 years I use steam cleaners and apart from the first that I had (but very expensive) this is the best I've found. The strong points: - Very few pre-heating wait (if you put hot water already in the tank), in just 4-5mn steam is ready! - The 4 bars of pressure, added to the high pressure nozzle gives very good results (obviously, not dreaming, this will NEVER leave rust stains on tiles eg or old blood stains on a mattress, it will mitigate that's all) - It is really light to power it generates and its castors make it very handy - He does not spit water at you if you serve well !!!! Namely: when the steam is ready, activate the button above your sink, tub or toilet so the departure of surplus water does not quench your soil (note that during the 1st use there tjr of water but it fades after a few uses Use the same method for glass. squeegee place on your windows after you are sure that it does not spit water - The 1,5Litres / 1,7litres tank is enough for my tile 135m2 (yet very porous). - Many more useful utensils as each other that fall into the unit - For use with tap water, no charging or anti-scale cartridge to buy - Because the cloth supplied with the unit hooks onto the tip scheduled for floors, you can put all the towels you want (as long as they are not woven) which avoids all purchases of " Consumables "often very expensive to continue using the device Negative bridges: - No shoulder strap to wear when working at height (but very light, so put it on a chair and two such tubes are long) - No Tank visibility (so we do not know where it is) - Too short power cord (there is no provision for storage) but with an extension cord, voila! - The odor produced by steam (which remains after cleaning) is rather unpleasant, it may be because the device is new (to follow) - The tank cap with a security that does not allow to re-open to put water if the unit is still hot.
