But then I tried it yet and have to say I am very confident. I am a triathlete and use the Blackroll approximately 2 times a week for 15 minutes each. Especially for my leg and back muscles, the roll is very helpful, I have a feeling that little tension from the training be removed more easily, the muscles are relaxed and the regeneration is significantly improved.
Initially, the direct rolling is very painful, but stay tuned, it is worth ;-)
