This book is full of historical anecdotes across the centuries on finance, relations with politics, wars, the economy. It is very affordable for a public uninformed even if sometimes some concepts on money supply are a little sharp. This is a general book about a little of everything. He tries for example to give a historical explanation for the fact that some financial industries such as Financial or Business Law (which was a poor relation originally) have become successful and mainly employ people of the same ethnic and religious background. It is well written and is readable. In extreme recreation and education. Very good.
