This book helped me understand what made the success of google, and allowed me to note, as and extent of his reading, many ideas to be able to grow my business. If one had to summarize the book theory, it would be: "Let the power to your customers, and you will see all the benefits you derive." What is interesting is that the ideas in this book are not only useful for Internet companies, but all companies in general. The book is rich in ideas and allows the reader to use his own imagination, taking 'the way google'. The idea of 'restaurant Google is particularly fun and interesting (even if utopian in my opinion - at least for now): a restaurant that would let customers decide the price, and menus. And at the same time, each customer would own a percentage of the restaurant. For entrepreneurs: Even if you use only 5% of the ideas in this book, you will see your sales increase. On one condition of course, to have a little let go, and openness to new ideas!
