I have struggled with deciding what should I buy headlamp. Bring brand appliances somehow "more"? The question is there is no need for me because this lamp literally here met my brightest wishes! The Lumenbezifferung is realistic. The thing also makes batteries with a light that no wishes remain unsatisfied. And for 13, - Euro! That's what I always wanted and order me one more second.
So anyone who is predisposed very critical, I can say: I am also very critical, but this lamp was a direct hit. The burn time with one set of batteries is also really good! I habs not measured objectively, but after 3 hours of night cycling the lamp is still perfectly normal neat without me something "too dark" appears.

I have wondered many times why the lamp was always dead after a few days of disuse. Batteries empty. Accidental switch I could exclude. The lamp leakage must discharge the batteries within a few days. Therefore, I reduce to 2 stars. What use is a bright lamp, if it kills its energy within a few days and therefore regularly "does not light up"? It is very annoying when you need them fast and they are no light more (and not only "very little") and you have to kick it until new batteries (and may be lucky if you even having to hand).

I consider the headlamp now deliberately on a ZIP code and does not confer buy recommendation more, but rate explicitly on it! One commenter under my review writes that he has the same problem of the self-discharge with his lamp. Thus, my lamp is not a runaway, but obviously seems the whole product line to be affected. And so are all these lamps the same electronic waste. A lamp that is after 3-4 days of non-use is no longer illuminated does not "light", but a single useless nuisance.
Questionable, I also think that this lamp in half a year to 1, - Euro has risen in price (from 13 to 14 euros). But this inflation pervades all Amazon offers. 10% in the year 2013/2014 I can with all my notice ordered within one year articles. An alarming inflation rate.
The lamp does not use operating longer with me. It lies in the drawer of my hallway closet as a reserve lamp.
I now have a headlamp called "Mellert SLT" for 19, in red electronics market me - bought Euro. The lying around there in large numbers. This bulb is just as bright as the reviewed on here, but a much greater luminous circle (at the same brightness!), Which is also limited less sharp, which is also advantageous.
One disadvantage of the new lamp is that the battery compartment is sealed with a thumbscrew and not with quick snap, and that you turn on the lamp on the side of a switch on the headband. So you presses may be contrary to the temple, which can be uncomfortable. But these are trifles compared to the benefits of this new lights over the reviewed here!
The biggest advantage is dasss the new lamp discharges the battery is switched off NOT!
