The Structure:

Grilling:
The grill comes for direct grilling rather quickly on working temperature ...... just over 250 degrees are reached quickly.
To get even higher, it takes a little more than 300 degrees .... I've never done it ... had it but not really applied it ......
To my knowledge, could the even higher temperatures are needed most for Pizza .... because here is not my BBQ-focus anyway, the potential max temperature for me is so uninteresting anyway.
The height of the grill surface is very good ... no bending required!
Not mentioned in the product description is the way that the Professional Cook is well prepared for a Grillspeiß. Even for an associated motor of the spit there is already pre-drilled holes.
The individual burner can be controlled well and exhibit independently and thus an indirect grilling can be reliably calculated.
The rust is a beautiful branding and the hotplate above the grill grate serves its purpose ..... on your can for example nice warm bread, and fry lightly.
Even the grill grate: he is spühlmaschinen suitable.
To me, that is absolutely not care, because I find it rather annoying, rauszunehmen between individual barbecue sessions per the rust in the dishwasher .... etc.
I've just bought a grill-steel brush and burn the remains off initially and then go with the brush vigorously over the grate. The enamel maintains the good! Is fast, convenient and you're ready for next grilling.
In the long run but I will replace the supplied rust by a cast-iron, I hope to see from such a even better results. This cools but made relatively quickly, although I have never found in this price range a grate, which corresponds to the delivered here or surpasses him. Mostly only the lattice grates, which are known from the normal Kohelgrills. These in turn give my opinion not a nice branding. In this respect: the supplied rack in this price range is more than okay!
The Bottle Lodging:
I'll leave the bottle (although it according to instructions should not do) in the cabinet even while grilling. This is in my opinion absolutely without danger, because the above resulting heat is shielded by a special plate ..... I checked the Temepratur in each cabinet by hand ... there radiates virtually nothing from above.
The Cleaning:
As so described above: rust-cleaning: awesome as well rust enamelled and even endures steel brush.
The only point which can lead to annoyance with little space for people:
The grease flow-sheet has to be pulled out from behind. So if grilled has no place left or right, while also no longer so flexible that he can scurry under the side tables, which is perhaps a little annoyed.
