Very nice phone - Very poor voice quality !!!

I bought this phone equal 2x. The mobile phone is designed very clearly. The menu is great and it has some really useful features such as the emergency call / SMS function. Unfortunately, there is no phone in this speed-dial function, which is already a very big minus in my eyes, just where this phone is so touted as "Seniorenhandy". The Support DORO was not really understanding here. You just said "it would be the phone book as" .... Thank you! ...

But now the most important MINUS point. The voice quality of both mobile phones is very very bad. It somehow sounds very dull with unpleasant Hall. Mostly hard to understand. I have this tested several times on different days. Unfortunately always the same effect. Voice quality on both phones deficient. The speakerphone function is impeccable, however, the caller the person on Primo 365 barely understand. I suspect that here cheap microphones were installed. Hard to understand in a mobile phone which is intended to call for "Seniors".

Sorry but I am really disappointed with this phone and do not think I'll be 2x advised on a "Monday Model" ....
