Here is a thriller very well written, very poignant, Henning Mankell pulls no punches and his work have but more powerful. Certainly we do not expect the end to know the murderer, but that is where the author makes a masterstroke because while unveiling relatively quickly behind us all that it's still in suspense by following the hunt relentless, the remarkable intelligence of the guilty and the end which is somewhat surprising.
