It really is a HDD of the acquired company Samsung Seagate, whose name also emblazoned on the hard drive. The drive is nice and quiet and get my Lenovo T60p with Win 7 32bit (CPU T2700) a 5.9 as a performance index. You "feel" at very quickly. The related via Amazon plate was however packed mies. Along with a USB flash drive she lay in a large cardboard box to without further protection (only in the anti-static bag). But it may, of course, the hard drive anything. I hope nevertheless that has it holds a couple of years and there is no damage during transport. The SMART values are okay.
