Easy to use, customizable recipes. Deferred mode very simple. Recipe book handy.
I have validated the following tests: white bread with soft crumb & Aerial (not packed) and ditto for wholemeal bread (wholemeal flour for 2/3 and 1/3 white flour)
What is missing: it is a mold to make chopsticks and the possibility of making bread weighing less than 500 g
