All of this complies with the Legria HF R506 (especially since I already knew the Canon own menu navigation points from its predecessor).

By now I've gotten used to the menu of Canon. The R506 is not as intuitive as I'm used to from other camcorders, but with a little technique mind all the features you want for more or less a long search to find.
The different modes (eg Sport mode, fireworks etc) are chosen quickly so you can get his films directly or "professional" look.
