The cover light spiral Marc LED is very well made. No cheap hardware store merchandise! However, the connection description could be better is not a problem for a technically minded. The connection of the lamp is a bit fiddly. I have indeed mounted alone, a second person may also be helpful. I proceeded as follows: Mounting bracket unscrewed from the ground cable, kept mounting bracket to the ceiling and the holes marked out (slots are fault tolerant) drilled dowel inside and then screwed the bracket. Then I attached the lamp to the ground cable to the bracket. (Lamp depends only on the cable but is not a problem) I then neutral (blue) Phase (black) and ground (green) to the terminal block in the lamp. Then invert, rotate and tighten the lamp base on the bracket. (The 2 screws previously easily screw into the bracket) Then you've clicked the LED spotlight. The light from the emitter is very bright. OK for bathroom and hallway, for children or office would have done instead of 3000 Kelvin and 2700. But such GU10 LED spotlight there with warm 2700 Kelvin exactly cheap at L..l.
