Have received the camera today. First disappointment was time that the plug was wrong. Was probably intended for the American market. But I could not help me with an adapter, which I had at home.

What the bigger problem is ... the camera crying constantly for a "firmware upgrade". via the app can not durchfürhen one such. you have to specify a file which is used ... But where to? The manual refers to the Support Web site at [...] and now it comes: Website is available or no longer !!!

I will probably not send other than the camera back. Hab still sent a mail, will reply, because if one comes to post here.

UPDATE on 02/01/2014:
So the support is really great, but unfortunately only in Englsih and only via mail. The guys have me really can help in great detail further.
A point there but still deducting: plug was as I said wrong. And specified in the manual website does not exist as we have said. Firmware update I had to get my email .... but it worked great!

With the camera itself, I am very satisfied.
