The pasta taste me much better than the normal wheat pasta. To my vegan diet fit great and you can combine them good for anything. A small shortcoming have the corn noodles: you can not warm up immediately the next day and eat. Because they are hard by the cornstarch. Therefore, one should keep the remains without sauce and the next day a short warm up with hot water over it.
