In a holiday in South Tyrol tried for the first time, I was absolutely thrilled about the pollen of Plattner. Since then I sprinkle my little, sweet beads over my cereal, or fresh fruit salad. This gives the whole once again a special touch and is supposed to - even if you hear as different opinions - to be very healthy. Whether healthy or not, at least the pollen are very tasty. The glass with 200g is also very economical, more than a small teaspoon of it does not need to "refine" cereal and Co. to. The price of course is not cheap, there are significantly cheaper alternatives. Personally solidarity with South Tyrol (often vacations there) worth paying extra, especially since I am aware of the regional production.
