Only downside is that for a given dose (30g to 250ml) of milk, it is a little too sweet for my taste so I have to take more and more milk. The taste is not the same as "normal vanilla protein powder", etc. because you can taste it, the protein hardly get out, it tastes more like a delicious milkshake.
