I have so far tried Amaranth in three variants: - Mixed mixed vegetables or other vegetables (a matter of taste) and cooked amaranth, seasoned and fried ... very tasty - in vegetable burger - As sweet amaranth slices, recipe is available from the Internet (but whole wheat flour I can not recommend) ... is awesome, addictive to more - In the chicken pan, but that was not my case, since I prefer rice before So very versatile, but not to all tastes.
