The problem solved itself: injected A small, clean cut on the inside, something Pattex and a 45 mm wide
Plastic splint inserted. The interface with Alleskleber clean closed - a bit dark brown crayon
applied - done.
I know not everyone, but a pingelicher man finds - almost always - a solution.
Nevertheless Visconti should take up these "improvement".
After a trip to Japan, I have to apologize! Despite intensive treatment of the leather surface, there was slight discoloration!
However, these are so slight and superficial that it went out for a normal wash at 40 degrees.
