visually beautiful, but it goes wrong

We ordered this clock twice. In both models, the second hand got stuck. The first time he fell from the clock and even went a constant 10 minutes after, even though we tried several new batteries. Clearly: no recommendation to buy, even if the clock looks quality. Nevertheless, the time it should display correctly. I myself have another clock by Karlsson and am very satisfied. We have in this probably caught the mounting models.
