Visually beautiful lamp

When the lamp unpacking I have wondered why a Schukoadapterstecker the charger was doing.
Two batteries 18650 done in the lamp. No Light! Upper section + 3 battery done in the lamp. Does not burn.
Lamp shaken in the longitudinal axis. It does not work. Batteries out and the lower spring for positive loose. Was not properly soldered.
Lamp complained and very quickly without returning the light half of the purchase price refunded get.
The service via email with the manufacturer went quickly and was good. Well do not get all the money back, but the way to the post office savings. All in all, just not super in the evaluation.
