my vote is twofold: Very good order processing was (as usual) and the settlement of returning the item worked example. On the other hand the device itself: The fixed line connection work largely without any problems, except that landline calls as VoIP connections in the call list (all calls) are not always indicated. Unfortunately, the VoIP connections do not work smoothly. Often no connection comes about, although train to train a softphone on the PC work (of course, on my router at a time because of unchanged port using only one VoIP device active!). At an Internet connection in Austria the C610IP worked at all, no connection to the VoIP provider. Also this Internet connection worked a softphone on the PC properly. Funtioniert not even landlines in Austria that is at the other TAE plug, but since there is probably an appropriate cable or adapter for Austria. Finally, the device is but a first VoIP device with max. 6 different VoIP providers and an international VoIP provider (eg sipgate) should find the device on any Internet connection.
