Vol: inside a box RX100 M2

In the apparently intact RX100M3 packaging (but I'm no expert at Sony) there was a RX100M2 !!!
But together with the manual version 3. In addition the base plate is broken but everything is well packaged.
What Amazon is playing? Y-is there any flights in the warehouse?

I had the problem there is a month with an offer containing a reconditioned phone 3G version when I bought a 4G. All with the same packing falsification.

On the phone the operator guarantees me an exchange, but there needs permissions given the price and character "extraordinary" problem.
