1. The feet of the microwave are not liable optimally on our kitchen worktop made of wood. The microwave slips back and forth.
2. The door opening is too tight, which is fine in itself. In conjunction with the slippery feet but that is a problem, because you should always hold the housing when opening the door, so that the microwave does not slip.
3. The door is not sealed. Missing seals in the doorway.
4. The pre-heating function is in my microwave absolute vulnerability: the first heating up already developed strange vapors inside the microwave. Once the temperature reaches 220 degrees, everything shuts down completely, because a fuse blows. Presumably this is a protection against overheating. The micro switches on for approx. 1 hour completely. Also pull the mains plug does not lead to a "revival". 3x tried with the same result.
5. Hotline Samsung advises return the device. One is inform themselves about the vulnerability. Probably saved in the wrong place and that the temperature sensor, which indicates either too little, so that the MW overheated or been prematurely sounded the alarm.
