Delighted with this purchase! the waffles are cooked quickly, no need to return the device as is often the case. The plates are removable and are dishwasher safe. The rest of the unit can be cleaned with a simple sponge. Only flat, for 10 euros more I would get the plates for croque monsieur but in my haste I did not pay attention to-supplied, I found that it was a waffle iron at reception . This unit was in the mid-waffle toasted sandwiches and the description did not allow me to see at a glance the difference. Too bad but still happy with my purchase because it is a very good device
