I did not know what to expect starting this novel but I was carried away from the first lines ... what a breath of fresh air after all formatted serialized novels I've read lately !!!
Dublin Street is a quality novel both at the level of writing, narrative and characters. If history is "simple" and that surprises are few, the depth of the characters and their relationships provides us with absolutely delicious and exciting reading.
Heroin is absolutely touching, stimulating, engaging, shocking. Bruised by the loss of his family and the death of his best friend, Joss moved to roommate with Ellie, a young bubbly and cheerful woman. Meeting with his brother, Braden, his immersion in this new life will slowly change the young woman and relearn to live.
I really loved this novel. It is well written and the love story it tells is completely realistic and carefully fed. Braden is a hero both attractive, mysterious and touching. The dialogues are spicy, amusing, moving. All emotions ranges combine to form a génialissime together!
I was captivated.
Thank you to the author.
