Delivery was as always top, as prime customer I have, however, also expect anything else.

Unlike the product image it suggests that Festool ratchet set in the new Systainer T-Loc Mini is delivered, which is very positive, because I think, as a much better handling and faster access to the tool is possible! In addition, you can interconnected Systainer T-Loc Mini still open without having to remove the top / coupled Systainer.
However, the Systainer looked a bit worn out, the bottom was dirty and scratched - not nice.
But what then made me finally doubting Amazon "NEW", the fact that the tool already looked used and accordingly already as scratches on the grip of the bit holder and the ratchet were that the nuts and adapters for ratchet also traces was a previous Terms exhibited. If I buy explicitly "NEW" so I expect a new set, not one that already went through some hands - something like this belongs in the warehouse Deal area.
Otherwise the tool from the material appearance makes her a very good impression, is provided umpfangreich and thought out together and should, therefore, most (simple) application scenarios may be sufficient. The grip is very good in the hand, but can be as much nicth force build as with eg a Kraftform handle Wera.
A deduction of points, there are still, as only simple bit holder for the handle accompany, nice would be still a high-quality quick-change bit holder was. The ratchet is also somewhat small and is therefore not well in the hand, also the mechanism for adjusting the left / right run is very shaky and locked not firmly and as with the competitors - think that this time a predetermined breaking point is. And, the fact that the other ratchet set (see comment below) has already recognized rust, also contributes to the points deduction.
Who indeed would have the same quality, but does not want to spend the wanted Festool price that can look around in peace times at Wiha - eg system 6 uses apparently the same grip in different variants, but without the Centrotec system, but also with hervoragenem synchronization, even without the Marketinggeschwafel. The bits come from Wiha, only the ratchet and nuts I could assign any OEM.
It would be desirable that the manufacturer thinks about a kind of seal, thus making it difficult for Amazon, just to send such items as "new" again in the sale. Therefore, this set now goes back and I'll look for a really new set.

What surprised me, as opposed to the "NEW" variant rattled it in the package (were 2 deliveries / packages) - to unpack a lot to me then that it was still dealing with the old Systainer Classic Mini (such as the product picture it shows) and that had been well solved in this, all the bits out of the bracket (simple row of holes in the rigid foam plastic) and flew. According scratched was also the tool. When again much then sorting on me that some bits already set rust (rust?) And had that even on some of the accompanying accessories / adapter also made rust wide. For me, a no-go, even if it is a warehouse Deal, it is still a "hard tool" and so unacceptable. Therefore this Festool ratchet set was certainly return, with appropriate notice to Amazon.
