Property me this ruff bought as neck warmers. The product warms but good has two major weaknesses. On the one hand the product stinks horribly of chemicals, so be sure to wash before wearing. Rash or like I did not get, but I'm not too sensitive. The second criticism is that type of construction often slip the product and thus a better scarf warms me.
