According to the description I had ordered the 100% option and then got spanked but then the newer version with 130% more performance at the same price. Very fair !!!
However wierden the additional 30% to the previous 100% Halogen H1 with a shortened life expectancy reached (400 hrs. Instead of the previous 500 hrs.).
