To Delivery:
Upon delivery of my old unit should be disposed of. That reminds me, it is impossible that old machine to dispose itself.
Deadline for the supply and disposal has been selected on the clearly laid out calendar. Then get and wait for the confirmation. Then the machine should be suddenly delivered a week earlier, it did not fit me time but, hence the origin date was put back. Since even a communication error appears to have occurred.
Date of delivery: I was called an hour earlier. And the two men arrived on time and took my washing machine. Here was nothing on the delivery of the waste disposal and they took not with the old machine. Very annoying. I turned directly to Amazon and wanted to settle this. Then I received a message on Monday afternoon the AB (I only Tuesday afternoon bugged) that the pick-up on Tuesdays 10:00 to 14:00 clock takes place. Of course, not there. Wednesday afternoons as a message for Thursday. So I called and at Hermes, they told me that there are probably no longer works this year ... well then a date in mid-January and the old machine is still around in the way. Too bad, it could have been so easy ... but somehow faulty communication lines are there available.
