Washing may be good, but it does not run since four weeks

We decided due to some reviews and the value for money for the purchase of this machine. The technical data read really good! Installation and commissioning were carried out quickly!
After the second wash, however, the washing machine has stopped. It was shown on the display of the error F-01. All tips and tricks gem. the handbook were unsuccessful. So we use the opportunity of the warranty of the manufacturer. Thus began a process that is to 13:03:15 not yet been completed.

11:03:15 mounting new hardware into the washing machine, but without programming. Technician has no programming card here.
Calls on 12 and 13:03:15 at Indesit and Operatec deliver still no further information when the technician is now back on site and the machine gets hopefully repaired.
We report like what happens next and by when the machine is now operational again. The service is at least evaluate in our case as unreasonable!

Today again there was a technician. This time with a programming card. Unfortunately, however, can not program the components. Conclusion: still a new washing machine that is not running! Hotline receives for the second time a complaint mail, since they can not escalate to telephone calls. A regional manager should take care of for the second time to the case now. The trips to the family and friends to wash laundry are increasingly angry. Sequel follows ........

Third repair attempt also failed. Machine can not be programmed. Since the manufacturer until today (23:03:15) bezügl no further information. Repair, replacement of the engine, etc. has informed the call center does not know how it goes, we will return the machine.
