Technician has no programming card here. Calls on 12 and 13:03:15 at Indesit and Operatec deliver still no further information when the technician is now back on site and the machine gets hopefully repaired. We report like what happens next and by when the machine is now operational again. The service is at least evaluate in our case as unreasonable! Continued 19:03:15 Today again there was a technician. This time with a programming card. Unfortunately, however, can not program the components. Conclusion: still a new washing machine that is not running! Hotline receives for the second time a complaint mail, since they can not escalate to telephone calls. A regional manager should take care of for the second time to the case now.
