I had a water pick the same brand for fifteen years who had more power and my dentist recommended I bought the one above (I could have also purchased in pharmacies). The former had only one power and one kind of tip, the new powers and has many more tips. Only flat, it really is because the individual small box contains only the above individual equipment. I am happy and I think that next year my dentist still remake me compliments on the cleanliness of my teeth!
