After some small unexpected level of delivery, this product is happened to me today. These are spare nozzles for jet pulse device, which already has 4 original (I prefer this cleaning mode to toothpicks or dental floss). Replacing these cannulas is necessary if the water used (the tap water in my case) is notably limestone: they end up furring and clog.
