Way too hard for me - NOT Umstausch possible

The name should be program .... somehow I had thought to be able to sleep on "clouds". But unfortunately it was not so.
The pad arrived on time and quickly and was immediately unpacked from me. I am big and strong and have a correspondingly
big head, but I have the pillow immediately felt to be too hard - not because it does not give way, but rather because
it gives way and then so so compresses under the weight of that at least I thought, I'm lying on a wooden board.

After 10 minutes it was clear to me I do not sleep option. And is denkste, exchanged - to be confirmed by the seller for return
Only with non unwrapped goods that could not be tried. Which of course has meaningful background, because everyone wants a
