We already had the book precedent "my little Japanese cuisine" Laure Kié (unfortunately sold out) that we liked a lot. The two new releases "Japanese cuisine: the basics" and "Japanese aperos" Izakaya: Japanese appetizers are in the same vein. The recipes are delicious, clear explanations, and easy to find ingredients. The photos are beautiful and give a realistic idea of the recipe.
Recipes to everyone, young, old, beginner or seasoned cook ... often fast enough.
