The envelope was delivered within a few days. Well, I think that the sides "tight" are against any debris which you can have on your hands. The side keys can still operate well. The protection surrounds the cell phones to display and forms a rim from which the display far from flat documents holding so that nothing can scratch. Truly a robust protective casing which can be easily cleaned. All connections are easily accessible. A great product, definitely a recommendation.
