Operation is child's play: you plug the device, and presto, you're in the light, you do not have has to stay close and enjoy, why not, a healthy reading. Be careful though out set the intensity to not be too embarrassed because it's not a toy ... or a bedside lamp :)
Remember to only use it for a period of 20 to 30 minutes max / per day. Personally I use the evening reading a book, it's a very relaxing light, it's like on holiday (sniff).
