I myself use a Samsung Galaxy S2 and am therefore naturally accustomed else. However, a comparison is ruled out because the Galaxy was almost three and a half times more expensive at the time.
The build quality is solid, only the display I do not trust so completely on the way; It feels kind of "soft" as the trusted me and absolutely scratch-resistant Gorilla Glass. Here again said explicitly: We are talking about a different league.
The operating system is LG-typical pimped as it just makes every manufacturer with "his" Android, but it is also found as Samsung users quickly master.
Especially good I liked that there is a fairly detailed Operator's Manual, which includes some really useful tips just for absolute smartphone newbies. That was missing in my Galaxy at the time completely.
The display I find somewhat coarse resolution and garish mitigate this impression with little options. Besides a brightness control I have found nothing.
In terms of reaction time, the LG is lame, and not only when compared to a S2, but also, for example, in direct comparison with a Galaxy "Ace" of the first generation. 512MB of memory is not quite up to date in this price range.
In summary, I can tell you who has never used a smartphone, not spend several hundred euros is ready and still appreciate a relatively large screen, the LG is correct.
I for one would thereby not happy.
