Pan is fine, stable, good (anti-) adhesive properties ... - but unfortunately it is not all on one: the oil accumulates outside of the edge, which is not nice; if you want to put something big in the middle, you have until the oil / fat spread completely new

am satisfied overall, but for this reason I would not buy the pan again - unfortunately
