I already have the switches as well as a motion sensor used I wanted (to use only one app) try this set or integrate with me.
Caveat:
The Philips set, the same - with the already available additional lights (color) even a bit more. According to Belkin, the app or the WemoLink also the products of Osram (LIGHTIFY) support (the link from Osram looks almost alike), but I could not test this far. This would also colored lamps available and other sockets (GU10 or Ledstripes).

It actually works together with the Osram lamps. I have included 4 GU10 lamps, which can now also be controlled with the app. The problem is simply that you can probably import any updates about the app Wemo (FW update failed) and the app now want to pull the update each time - well, I do not see now for the time being even as a problem. The Osram can be dimmed exactly to the change of color temperature is for the time being does not have the app possible. Maybe that comes even once yet.

Unfortunately there is still no way the update (which is a shown in the app) perform. In the coming days a new version of the app to appear, let's see if it gets better then. Officially, the GU10 is not in the list of supported lamps.

After numerous updates to the hardware it is not still possible to perform the update for the GU10. However, no update is now longer offered or displayed. So I can live well and the system remains as it is.
The set:
Consists of two pears as shown and the WemoLink. The latter as the outlets will be integrated into the WLAN and then establishes a connection with the LEDs on (probably based on the ZigBee mesh network protocol as' accurate information I have not found in Belkin). While some reports of the Switches problems with the wireless integration that year but has always worked for me (Fritz box 7390)
Teach:
If you use multiple devices so it is recommended the names of the units / LEDs to change only one device and only then to synchronize other devices. Everything else has only led to problems. If one knows the order in which you should proceed, it's no problem - therefore no deduction in the evaluation.
Color of light and dimming:
The light is warm and pleasant, in my view 'which is, however, a very subjective feeling and must be assessed by each itself. If the lamps are used by others, will definitely even better reports to color temperature and other values which has such a LED. Dimming is via the app - which is not very spectacular and is also expected today from a LED 'However, you can adjust the LEDs even so (sleep mode) that it starts after a certain time, this is the set period (1 min, 10 min, 30 min or free) the light ever dimmed until the lights are out 'and not spectacular but a useful function.
Power consumption:
I measured with a somewhat older Voltcraft meter consumption. When switched off, the instrument displays 0 watts, but this is because the meter until about 2 watts provides reliable values. I assume that here minimal power is consumed by the manner of connection (ZigBee) and forget about the day auszuschaltende LED cost more than the standby power consumed here. In addition, it is also possible to cut through the wall switch the current completely, so that no power is consumed. Other:
It should be mentioned that you can combine multiple lamps also to a group, unfortunately, you can then only switch the group and does not take up already in a group Brinen in a further group. Unfortunately, out found that you can assign each lamp a single group, although that's a shame for the time being no problem.
Note:
Since I have never found this note, should be mentioned here that a manual shifting is possible. If you switch on the bulb wall switch off and on again the last settings are discarded and the lamp again with 100%. So is a 'oversteer' possible. I would have set back given if this would be possible.
The app:
Well 'here comes the big hook and the withdrawal of a star. Meanwhile is the app in version 1.10.1 available (IOS and Android). Switching goes without problems, but if you want a little more the problems start (there was even worse versions of the app).
One of my scenarios provides that all the lights and how to tackle two switches at a certain time in the morning (coffee machine, TV and the light) and at a particular time of (well, at some point you have to go but works). If you only one rule on a device defines this is no problem, however, is already more than 10 rules have accumulated, making new rules or changes to the existing rules of the software no longer be processed correctly. If one tries to even the rules on multiple devices (with me all IOS) to more synchronous does not seem to function properly and the various devices show no / all or a wild mixture of rules to. Whether it is due to be on the app or on the firmware of the switches / the WemoLink I can not judge, because the rules is actually stored on these. The Belkin support are to multiple messages before (English Support Forum), unfortunately, seems the app but rather to be a stepchild of the company. Meanwhile, the problems were with the airplay (crashes when streaming) released update with a hardware-firmware 'the app but is only for iPhone, but not optimized for the iPad, so that here would be a lot of potential. Whether HomeKit is still supporting iOS, it is not clear 'Unfortunately, it is not out of support on the site. Many feature requests (web interface for the switches and the link) will be discussed by the users, but even here, Belkin can not be about the possibility of implementation of.
Update 12/23/2014:
The app makes a mad. After the additional LEDs and Osram set up, I can now define no more rules. Neither on the Iphone still on the iPad - as the worm is inside. The Support know this, but the remedy seems to be a long-term project. The only thing that is really good for nothing here the app.

In the meantime a HW Firmware Update. Since the app is clearly stabieler - however the Regelprobelm remained. I currently define the rules with the Fire HDX, so it's funny enough.
Update 06/05/2015:
The update has finally 1:12 brought the rules back. You can edit and delete or disable it. Unfortunately, there is since then (until now only remotely tested) a problem with the GU10 - which no longer appear in the list of app. In home network they are there and everything is fine.
Final remark:
I like the set (it is not cheap 'but that one has in common with Philips) and I will replace the remaining bulbs yet, so I can turn everything via App / rules / motion sensor). I still hope that the Belkin software assumes correctly and make the corresponding updates the product better. For FHEM and openHAB there already integrations, as well these I have to even look at.

Solely because the app is actually yet another star to deduct, but the set does to itself (at the location the app - on / off is reliable and also remote), I leave it at 4 stars. Hopefully soon comes a version of the app which can be better. According to some articles on the Internet, you can also integrate the lamps themselves in a Philips system - ZigBee there seems to be no matter who controls the - if it goes the other way around ... maybe I'll try that too from.
