Wertig, precise, functionally describes the head mE well.
Pleasant, very solid "feel to the touch".
Smooth movements.
Good retention force (mfg with lens clamp to Pana 100-300mm quite useful).
Beautiful and beautifully easy or similar as MFT for EVIL / DSC cameras
Not for long GM SLR lens combos - especially not when using the camera tripod thread
