Yes the engine is pretty, it is also one of the only positive.
Cities are ridiculously small, everything is filled in 2 hours, there is more to rebuild than to destroy something else.
The simulation engine completely sucks: you can build almost as residences, everyone still has a job.
The money flows attached stream, it reiterates the same mechanical, plant micro pro TV + computer and rolling in money.
The specialization of the cities would have been fine if it worked properly: in view of the traffic problems because the AI is 0, inability to specialize a city for the benefit of others, the time taken by the sim or services to go from one city to the other makes it impossible to share. Example: a city is specialized in fire extinguishing services; you share your trucks with another city. A fire broke out, until the truck arrives (between the weak and the plugs that form IA because of cars that run loop) your building has had time to burn, and you even have time to destroy to build another.
your backup is related to one server, if it is not available, you select another number, but without your backup. In 2013 at the age of cloud is still a big congratulations to EA ...
I persevered and now one week, uninstalled and move on ... I would probably on the 4 ...
